Zetrix AI, CAICT Launch 'Avatar' Blockchain-Based AI Trust Layer
'Avatar' Platform Unveiled for AI Agent Trust
Zetrix AI Berhad and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) announced on April 14 a new blockchain-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent trust protocol. This protocol is positioned as a key infrastructure for the emerging 'intelligent agent economy,' where AI systems will interact, transact, and communicate on behalf of individuals and enterprises. Unveiled at the World Internet Conference Asia-Pacific Summit in Hong Kong, the platform, named 'Avatar,' aims to establish verifiable identities and credentials for AI agents.
Empowering the AI Agent Economy and Enhancing Security
The Avatar platform enables individuals and businesses to create autonomous AI 'digital avatars' trained based on their personality, preferences, knowledge, and communication style. These agents can then interact with users, other AI agents, and various online systems, using relevant credentials or digital assets to complete tasks, all built on a verifiable identity layer. The platform provides a trust protocol to verify the identity represented by the agent, the scope of authorized permissions, and the authenticity of assets or credentials used, ensuring secure and reliable execution for AI agents. A security framework certified by CAICT and an open AI agent task store for third-party developers will also be introduced.
