Israel Airstrikes in Lebanon Kill At Least 7, Target Hezbollah Facilities
Meanwhile, Israel carried out airstrikes across Lebanon from Wednesday night into early Thursday, March 11. These attacks resulted in at least seven deaths in several areas, including Nabatiyeh, Tyre, and Bint Jbeil. Specifically, five people were killed and five injured in the village of Qana in southern Lebanon, while one person was killed and eight injured in the Tyre district. The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health also reported one death and two injuries in the Bint Jbeil district. The Israeli military stated in a Telegram post that the airstrikes targeted infrastructure belonging to Iran-backed Hezbollah. Lebanon's state news agency reported that the southern suburbs of Beirut also experienced intense attacks, indicating an escalation of Israeli aggression.
